Terms & Rental Conditions To ensure a seamless and premium rental experience, please review our official rental policies below. These guidelines apply to all vehicle reservations and rental agreements with World Boss Car Rental.

RENTAL POLICIES & TERMS

  • Driver’s License Requirements: All operators must possess and present a valid, unexpired driver’s license issued by an official government jurisdiction. The physical license must include a clear, identifiable photograph of the holder.

  • Accepted Payment Methods:

    • Cash: Formally accepted currencies include United States Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR, at a 1:1 conversion rate), and Antillean Guilders (ANG, fixed at Naf. 1.80 = $1 USD).

    • Payment Cards: We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and Discover.

    • Restrictions: Please note that American Express and personal/business cheques are strictly not accepted.

  • Security Deposit: A standard, mandatory security deposit of $650 USD will be authorized on your credit card at the time of vehicle pick-up. For rental agreements exceeding a total value of $1,000 USD, a proportionally higher security deposit will be required. Upon the safe and compliant return of the vehicle, the authorized funds will automatically release back to your card within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your banking institution's processing times.

  • Authorized Drivers: The primary renter is designated as the sole operator of the vehicle throughout the duration of the rental term. No additional drivers are permitted to operate the vehicle unless they meet all standard rental requirements and are explicitly registered on the official rental agreement form.

  • Roadside Assistance & Incident Reporting: In the event of a mechanical issue, roadside emergency, or accident, renters must immediately contact World Boss Car Rental. All vehicular accidents and collisions must be reported promptly to both the local police authorities and World Boss Car Rental management.

  • Insurance Coverage: Third-party liability and collision damage waiver (CDW) insurance options are available and can be added to your agreement upon request.

  • Taxation: A local sales tax fee of 18% is applicable and will be added to the total cost of all rental agreements.
